How to use
Day 1: assess your tolerance with half a serving mixed with about 6 oz of cold water. Thereafter, depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with about 10 oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out. Do not take more than 1 serving in a 24-hour period and do not take within five hours of bedtime. Do not combine with other caffeine or stimulant-containing products. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or if you have a medical condition or take medication. After 8 weeks of use, take 1 week off before resuming. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
