How to use
1–2 servings per day. To prepare one serving, add approx. 33.8 g of powder to a shaker with 200–250 ml of water and shake well before drinking. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating mothers. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and close the lid tightly after each use.
