How to use
Mix one scoop with 240–350 ml of cold water and take before meals or cardio. Do not take more than two servings a day, and do not combine with alcohol or other caffeine products.

Other ingredients: inulin, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, FD&C Red #40.
